What this includes:
I train you 2-3 times per week using digital technology platforms like Skype, Google Hangout, and/or Facetime. I customize your program to accommodate whatever equipment you already have. In some cases, depending on your goals, I may ask you to purchase a few key pieces of equipment. In addition to in-person sessions at your discretion, you will have access to a branded coaching app that delivers a daily email featuring a guided meditation and workout plan including videos to cue proper form.
